The Emeril Lagasse Foundation provides grants related to nutrition and culinary education, life skills development, childhood hunger, and arts education. The grant-making focus is on mentorship and opening employment opportunities for underserved, undereducated, and at-risk youth; healthy living through nutrition; access to nutritious food for at-risk children; and creative teaching in and out of school.
